Business Coaching
Successful people hire coaches to help them achieve goals, overcome obstacles, learn new skills, start up business, excel in sports, or improve their health or relationships.
Coaching is a multibillion dollar industry that has exploded over the last 25 years. But, did you know that coaching is not a new concept. People have been hiring coaches to mentor and guide since the early 1800s.
Life coaching focuses on personal growth and development, helping individuals clarify their values and goals.
Business coaching focuses on improving performance and productivity in a professional setting, often in relation to specific business objectives.
The purpose of coaching is to support you in setting goals, creating a plan of action to achieve those goals, and then providing the structure, support, and partnerships to help you achieve your goals.
We focus on three main areas of support for our clients. We believe these three areas are essential to support our clients’ success and to empower them during their journey to achieving their personal or professional goals.

Module 1: Get Started
So, you want to start a new business do you? How exciting?
But wait, before you do, there is a lot to consider and many decisions to make.
It isn’t just about selling some widgets and pocketing the cash. Oh no!
Uncle Sam wants his cut and then there are so many other things to consider too.
In this stage we help new entrepreneurs who are starting out make sure they consider setting things up right to protect you legally and to reduce tax liabilities but also to make sure you are operating correctly for the kind of business you want to do.
There are many important decisions to make when starting up a new business. We provide guidance and advice on how to start up your business, which includes the following:

But, it isn’t just fun and games. This is the roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-to-work stage. That’s right. This is where you invest a lot of energy, effort, time, and yes, money too, to make your mark and let the world know you exist. This is where you get moving with the operations and marketing, the foundation of your business. Getting moving is includes:

Module 3: Gain Momentum
Then, there is a tipping point where all that effort starts to pay off. You start to see results and some consistency that you can count on. This is the stage of hope. You can see it working. Your marketing and sales are proof. You can no longer do it all yourself. You need to start adjusting how you do things so you can expand your capacities to get more done with less effort. Now you are ready to:

Sadly, most businesses that start up never make it past their 5 year anniversary. Of all the new businesses that start up, only about 10% of them ever reach this point in their business growth cycle. A lot of businesses just barely get by surviving at the Get Started stage and never experience the excitement of momentum. They stay in their comfort zone and never grow to do things differently that actually give them more success and freedom.
We show you how to let go of some control in order to gain more freedom. We show you how to shift from doing it all yourself to trusting your ability to lead, train, and manage others to do all the work for you.
Are you ready to be free and build a money making machine that operates on autopilot whether you are working or not?
