Is something holding you back from achieving the success you desire in your business?
Is it money, mindset, a limiting belief, or something else perhaps?
What if you could remove that limitation?
What would be possible?
What would you be capable of doing?
No one succeeds alone.
We all need help.
I am someone who likes to figure things out on my own.
I am an experiential learner.I have to experience something working and prove it to myself.
That approach has helped me succeed in a few of my businesses.
But, it has also limited me from experiencing the level of success I craved.
Being self-sufficient, competent, and capable are all really great qualities until they aren’t.
Let me explain.
We don’t know what we don’t know.
We all have blind spots.
There are whole universes to be explored that we don’t even know exist.
Perhaps ignorance is bliss.
But, on the other hand, do you want to live in a safe, small, limited world or would you like to explore and discover more?
I had a limiting belief about money and investing in myself.
Because I am smart, independent, and self-sufficient, I was proud of my ability to figure things out and succeed on my terms. But, it came at a price. Time.
It cost me a lot of time and energy that could have been used to do more, achieve more, enjoy more sooner.
It took me a while to figure out that being smart, capable, and independent were good things but not the only things.
I had to admit that I needed help to get me where I wanted to go faster and with more ease and fun along the way.
Then I discovered coaching.
Coaching was just in its infancy when I hired my first coach over 20 years ago.
I was fascinated and intrigued by the possibilities of what coaching could do for me.
My very first coach helped me see myself in a whole new perspective. She helped me excavate my capacity to achieve more. She helped me discover just how great I was and could be. She lifted the veil to reveal a whole new wonderful world of possibilities and opportunities for me.
I was hooked.
Up until that point, I was on track to becoming a psychologist and then a minister. But, when I found coaching, I realized, “OMG! This is the thing I’ve been looking for! This is what I want to be, a coach!”
I had gotten so much value from my first coach that I was hooked and wanted to be able to help other people through coaching. I was blown away by what was possible and what I had achieved.
That first coach taught me so much. In fact, she started her own national coaching certification program and trained me as one of her first coaches.
Then I hired another coach to help me grow my coaching business fast. In 6 weeks, I filled up my coaching business with all paying clients and was supporting myself as a coach.
I believe coaches need coaches and so does everyone else, because we all need help, no matter how self-sufficient you are.
I became a coach because I like to help people get from where they are to where they want to get to. I love to witness that journey and be a part of it. It is an honor and thrill to be part of someone’s transformation.
But my favorite part about being a business coach is watching someone go from self-doubt and uncertainty to believing in themselves because they start to achieve things they didn’t think were possible.
We all have strengths and weaknesses. We have blind spots that prevent us from seeing everything that is available to us.
I have benefitted from hiring coaches for many things in my life and business. The reason I invested in coaching was because it gave me the support I needed to move outside my comfort zone of what I knew.
Coaching showed me what I didn’t know in order to expand my world and achieve greater levels of success and happiness.
What about you?
What would be possible if you had a coach providing empowered partnership, accountability, and direction to get you where you want to go faster, easier, and with more fun?
Are you worth the investment?
