No matter what, don’t give up!

Bounce back quickly and go for it again and again.

Successful people fail forward.

They are undaunted by failure.

It is merely a stepping stone on the way to their ultimate goal.

When do you give up?

Do you get discouraged easily?

Do you expect to succeed the first time you try something?

I worked hard to build my insurance team.

I worked long hours.

I was determined.

It wasn’t easy.

There was a lot of stuff to do in that business that I hated.

It was very administrative with a lot of legal stuff to be aware of.

But, I was determined.

I saw the possibility of building wealth in that business.

I wanted that.

And, I was willing to work hard for it.

And, do stuff I really didn’t want to do.

I did it anyway.

Because that was what was required in order to succeed.

I grew my team to 11 agents, with gross revenue of $1 million in our first year.

Out of 15 districts, I was the 2nd top producing district in the entire state.

My success in that business was from sheer determination and perseverance.

I didn’t give up, in spite of fierce competition and setbacks.

I kept going.

It wasn’t easy but it was worth it.
