You are not a business owner if you are doing all the work yourself.
You are self-employed. That is different from being a business owner.

Robert Kiyosaki wrote Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It was a very popular book back then. He also wrote another book that is a must read for all entrepreneurs called The Cashflow Quadrant. In that book, he explains how to build wealth. Here’s the bad news for some of you, it isn’t by working for someone else or yourself.

In order to build wealth as an entrepreneur, you have to leverage.

That’s right!

You have to leverage your time, money, and resources so they work for you rather than you working for them.

So, how do you do that?

Give up control and ask for help.
Take time to find the right people.

Train them well. Be patient.

The time you invest in them frees up all that time so you don’t have to do that task anymore.

When you free up all that time, then you can use it to create, plan, prepare, catch up, take some time off, breathe, and dream.

What is the first thing you need to delegate to elevate to get a life/work balance back?
